Artist's Comments
I’ll admit, I haven’t seen The Watchmen as of yet but a friend of mine had just left the theater while I was on my way and for a myriad of reasons told me not to bother. He hated it beyond words, apparently if you haven’t read the comic a lot is lost on the audience. And I’ve been told by some who have seen it that some characters that really had nothing to do with the story were sort of just thrown in to pay lip service to the graphic novel. I honestly don’t know, the views and opinions expressed are not those of the artist.

I think if they had told people ahead of time "Hey there's gonna be a lot of big blue balls in the movie" people might have reacted differently too. Not that it's good or bad either way, but ya know, it's something some might want to mentally prepare for ahead of time.
